Please be advised about your garbage pickup service. There have been some changes.

Some residents will have to place their garbage cans across the street and roadside. Wherever your garbage can is recovered from after pick is where S&S Garbage will need you to place it the night before pickup. 

The garbage pickup service has a new ASL (AUTOMATED SIDE LOADER) truck that is operated from the cab. Unlike traditional garbage pickup trucks, there are no workers on the back of these types of truck. 

We ask for your patience and understanding during this time. We understand that the transition in services has presented some challenges, and we are cooperating with S&S Garbage Services and our residents diligently to resolve all issues. 

Please also note that there are set customer care instructions on top of all garbage can. We recommend following this instruction to prevent issues such as trash and grime being left at the bottom of the can. 

Also, for the following residents, trash pickup days will now be on Thursdays. Taylor Street, The Pines, Wade Hampton Estates, and any residents on the South side of the Railroad
