Payments in person can be made at Varnville Town Hall located at 95 East Palmetto Avenue, Varnville 29944. Cash, money order, or cashier's checks are accepted; no personal checks.
Mailed payments must be made by Money Order, Certified Check, or Cashier’s Check. Please include the ticket number, found at the bottom right hand corner of the ticket, on the form of payment.
Mail your payment to Varnville Municipal Court, PO Box 308, Varnville, SC 29944.

Receipts are provided in person, by mail, email or fax. You may call (803) 943-2979 during regular business hours to verify that your payment has been received.
If you did not pay in a timely manner and the paperwork was mailed to the Department of Motor Vehicles before your payment was received, the clerk will print a special receipt form and hand it to you (if you pay in person) or mail it to the address we have on file for you. It is your responsibility to make sure the clerk has your current address, watch your mail for the special receipt, and take or mail the receipt to a highway department office promptly to avoid or clear a suspension of your driver's license.
